Wing Yuen is a founding partner of YY Projects, and currently serves as Project Manager for the Hong Kong Exhibition at the 19th Venice Biennale (Architecture), titled Projecting Future Heritage: A Hong Kong Archive. Wing’s works have been showcased in venues such as the Architectural Institute of Japan Gallery, Hopkins Wharf Gallery in Maine, and the Druker Design Gallery. Her projects have been featured on platforms including Leibal, Shinkenchiku, KoozArch, and Gooood (China). Together with her practice, she has received several accolades, including the Bronze Prize at the Panasonic (China) Living Space Design Competition and the Merit Award at the 50th Nisshin Kogyo Architectural Design Competition.
Before relocating to Hong Kong, Wing previously practiced at esteemed architectural offices in the US and China, including NADAA, WRNS Studio, Weiss/Manfredi, IwamotoScott, and Neru&Hu. Her professional contributions span diverse projects, such as the redevelopment of Turkey Bend in Houston and the reimagining of a historic jail site along the Trinity River in Dallas.
Spending her formative years in the Bay Area, Wing earned a B.A. in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley and an M.Arch from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she contributed as a teaching assistant and instructor for graduate-level courses and workshops.
Jonathan Yeung is a founding partner of YY Projects, a Lecturer at the University of Hong Kong and the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, and a collaborator/writer for ArchDaily. He has also lectured at Kyoto Seika University. His work has received an Honorable Mention in the Home Competition 2021 and was a finalist in the HKRI FLEXhome+ International Interior Design Competition. His projects have been featured on ArchiPosition, KoozArch, and Artron, as well as an upcoming publication Contemporary Living – Yearbook 2026 by Beta-Plus. Additionally, he served as the exhibition designer for Test Site: Social Condenser Extraordinaire – The Municipal Services Buildings of Hong Kong.
Previously based in Brooklyn, Jonathan practiced at Toshiko Mori Architect, contributing to a wide range of private, commercial, and institutional projects, including the Axel Springer Haus NYC, Pier 97 Park Building, and private residences in New York and Japan. He has also practiced at Michael Maltzan Architecture, Sasaki, and Sidell Pakravan Architects and explored interactive exhibitions with teamLab in Tokyo.
Jonathan earned his B.A. in Architecture with Highest Honors from UC Berkeley, receiving the Alpha Rho Chi Medal. He also studied at the University of Cambridge and Doshisha University in Kyoto before completing his M.Arch with Distinction at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.
